Refund Policy
  • Within 48 hours of registering:
    You may cancel for a full refund.
  • Up to 60 days before the event:
    You may cancel for a full refund minus a $200 administrative fee.
  • 30–60 days before the event:
    Cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before the event:
    No refunds will be issued.

Birkman 301: Advanced Certification

Birkman 301: Advanced Certification elevates Certified Professionals beyond foundational interpretation into an advanced, systemic understanding of The Birkman Method. Participants learn to interpret component combinations, uncover behavioral contradictions, and coach with nuance and confidence using complex client data.

Birkman 104: Using Birkman with Coaching

In this 4-hour workshop, we build facilitation capability for translating Birkman data into engaging, psychologically safe team conversations that foster trust, communication, and alignment.

Birkman 103: Using Birkman with Teams

Equips practitioners to confidently apply Birkman insights in team settings. Giving them helpful insight into facilitating team discovery sessions, understanding common team challenges, and structuring a 4-hour team workshop with effective follow-up coaching.
