Create a strong foundation for teams to better collaborate, build resilience for future challenges, and have stability for success.
Do your teams have the resilience to overcome business disruption, challenges, and failures? Our High-Performing Teams coaching program helps teams lay the groundwork to create three critical elements that all high-performing teams have: Purpose, Clarity, and Psychological Safety.
This framework, combined with Birkman’s personality data, helps solve many of the challenges teams face, such as uprooting team conflict, generating innovative solutions, aligning departmental and company goals, and generational communication. Let’s get your team to the next level of performance together.
We know that if a team is missing any of these three pillars, it’s almost destined to fail. Purpose, Clarity, and Psychological Safety are essential elements that address the interpersonal and tactical ways that high-performing teams intentionally work together.

Q: Do I have to be Birkman Certified to use the High-Performing Teams: Building the Foundation workshop?
A: High-Performing Teams: Building the Foundation is a turn-key solution that does not require Birkman Signature Certification. A comprehensive facilitator guide is included in the workshop for ease of implementation, which includes all of the information and steps needed for anyone from an HR professional to a team leader to run a successful workshop, as well as a 6-hour course to get you started. For best results and maximum comfort with the materials, we recommend the facilitator guide be reviewed in full prior to the workshop session.
Q: My team does not have a full day to allocate to a workshop. Can we still do it?
A: Yes! This workshop is an 8-hour instructor-led session that can be performed in one full day or as a multi-session workshop. Because the workshop is divided into several distinct sections, teams can choose to divide these sections in a way that best aligns with their schedules, such as two four-hour sessions or even one hour at a time over the course of 8 weeks.
Q: Can virtual teams participate in this workshop?
A: Yes! Virtual teams can participate in this workshop online through your choice of remote conferencing services. The workshop is specifically designed for departmental, project, cross-functional, and/or functional teams, so the discussions and activities will pertain to teams who work both face-to-face and in-person. While the workshop does not specifically address virtual teams, the three core pillars of high-performing teams are vital to every type of team.
