Women We Admire announced The Top 50 Women Leaders of Houston for 2022. This group of esteemed individuals were selected for their exemplary achievements across industries. They follow in the footsteps of other great women of Houston, such as Barbara Jordan, who left her legacy as an attorney and the first Black woman elected to the Texas State Senate and US Congress, and Oveta Culp Hobby, the first Secretary of the US Department of Health, Education and Welfare and first Director of the Women’s Army Corps. These women defied limitations and broke through glass ceilings, helping to change today’s landscape of professional women in Houston. We recognize this year’s awardees for their outstanding tenacity, discipline, and perseverance.
These women have dedicated their lives to their profession and deserve acknowledgement for their achievements. Please join us in celebrating the accomplishments of The Top 50 Women Leaders of Houston for 2022.
