Rise to Lead is a series of leadership workshops that explore the impact of self-awareness and social perception. The four workshops are targeted to the type of leadership needed to be successful at four levels of the organization. At every level, different information is extracted from the participant’s Birkman data to provide personalized prescriptives that can be applied to the challenges leaders face at that level within the organization.
Performance Mindset is the foundational program for Rise to Lead. This workshop is designed to be used throughout every stage of the workforce to improve self-awareness and social awareness. The content is built on the SocialEQ Model and helps individuals learn to coach themselves to be more effective at work. In a nutshell, this workshop enables you to answer the question, “How does my perception of the world impact the results I get?”
The Leadership Mindset workshop is designed to help current, new, and aspiring managers build situational awareness to diagnose the state of workplace relationships and adapt their work style to maintain peak performance. Learn when it is appropriate to teach, coach, mentor, and delegate through our SituationalEQ Model. The content of this workshop helps managers leverage their strengths to strategize ways to improve workplace relationships.
The Organizational Mindset workshop is designed for higher levels of leadership who have to be effective at both managing the business and leading other leaders. The workshop takes leaders deep into their own personal mindset with a focus on specific factors that influence the ability to lead and manage groups of people and complex projects. In this workshop, we introduce our most advanced behavioral report, Birkman Signature, which delves into the nine behavioral scales that impact performance.
The Strategic Mindset workshop is designed for an executive team to understand the key role they play in an organization through one-on-one coaching or as a team. Discover how your personal perceptions can influence the decisions you make and how these decisions impact your overall organizational strategy. This workshop uses our Strategic Mindset Model to drive awareness to business-level issues, rather than interpersonal issues. Participants will also use the Birkman Mindset report, which helps leaders understand what drives the behaviors they exhibit and the outward personality that others experience.
