Congratulations! You received our questionnaire, which consists of 298 questions, from one of our qualified consultants or organizations that use Birkman. If you haven’t received one from your company or consultant, please ask them directly for one. You can also purchase your questionnaire here and will receive an email with your invitation to complete the Birkman Method assessment. This link is unique and set up only for YOU. Please do not forward the link to anyone else. The questionnaire should take about 35 minutes to complete. You can leave the questionnaire and return to your place if you are interrupted. The ideal condition for taking the test is when you have both the time and energy to do so.
There are no “wrong” answers. Respond with your gut response to the questions. The assessment is based on positive psychology, and the assessment doesn’t judge any behavioral style as any more or less preferred than others. If you come across a question that you aren’t too sure about the answer to, use your first reaction and don’t over-think the question. We promise it’s not that serious!
The first section consists of 125 questions about how you see “most people,” the second section has 125 questions about how you see yourself, then the final section are 48 occupational ranking questions. The questions may appear redundant to you—that’s ok! Just stay with it.
If you have previously taken the Birkman questionnaire, you do not need to retake it. Please email email@example.com to let us know if you’ve previously taken the Birkman questionnaire.
The questionnaire is complete when you answer all the questions and select submit. If you purchased the careertyping or Basics Report, you will receive it immediately upon completion. If you purchased the Signature Report, are working with a consultant or took it for your organization, you will receive it from them.
