Q: Do You Have To Be Trained To Use The Birkman Method®?
Yes and No. If you are interested in using The Birkman Method® on your own without any assistance from a Birkman Certified Consultant then you must be trained. To that end we provide Birkman Certification Training through Birkman International, Inc. and through our Learning Partners in the field.

Q: How Does The Process Work?
The Birkman Method® questionnaire and resulting reports are administered and accessed over the Internet. Birkman's proprietary online system, BirkmanDirect, allows for secure and confidential administration of all Birkman questionnaires and resulting reports. When the questionnaire respondent is complete results are accessible from BirkmanDirect immediately. Reports are generated in .pdf format for easy viewing, printing, emailing, or saving to disk.

Q: How Long Does It Take to Obtain Results?
Birkman Questionnaires completed using the online system, BirkmanDirect®, are available immediately. If the questionnaire is taken in the "paper and pencil" version, the paperwork has to be sent to us for scoring.
