Professional Development

The Birkman Method® is a comprehensive, in-depth motivational instrument that can be used in any application involving human interaction. Professional Development courses build upon the fundamentals learned within the Level I Certification course, letting the consultant uncover the full power of The Birkman Method®. With various learning options, consultants can expand and refine their Birkman skill set and stay knowledgeable of the latest developments from Birkman International, Inc.

Attendance of Birkman Professional Development courses qualifies for continuing education units necessary to maintain active status as a Certified Birkman Consultant.

If you wish to maintain your certification status, you are required to renew by the end of your three-year term. A total of 20 hours of continuing education are required for certification renewal.

Birkman Application Workshops

Workshops targeted to consultants who prefer face-to-face interaction with other participants and an instructor. Topic areas are focused around various applications with opportunity to analyze case studies and participate in experiential learning. Instructors are experts within the applications they are leading, all having numerous years of experience utilizing the Birkman.

Birkman Webinars

The Birkman Webinar Series allows the Certified Consultant the opportunity to engage in professional development from the comfort of their home or office. Each 90-minute webinar will focus on a key learning topic providing a quick, easy way to utilize The Birkman Method® more effectively. Webinars are conducted using GoToWebinar^TM, a web technology that provides integrated web and teleconferencing.

Birkman Level II Certification Training

This session was specifically designed for the advanced consultant that has demonstrated basic mastery with The Birkman Method® This course is designed to balance theoretical concepts with application. Consultants attending will be expected to work independently and in teams to apply this advanced interpretive methodology to familiar cases.
