Certification Training
The Birkman Method® Certification Program ($3295)
The Birkman Method® Certification Program provides an opportunity for performance consultants, organizational psychologists and HR personnel to maximize the full potential of The Birkman Method® to achieve higher levels of performance from individuals and teams. The Birkman Method® has been successfully used in the areas of coaching, building teams, organizational alignment and career management.
Birkman International, Inc and its affiliated International Learning Partners
are the only entities that offer officially sanctioned courses for
certification in The Birkman Method® and other professional development
programs that qualify for continuing education credits to maintain active
certification status.
Only by attending a Level I certification course conducted by Birkman
International or one of its International Learning Partners will a consultant
be able to represent him or herself as a "Birkman Certified Consultant" and
have direct access to Birkman's proprietary BirkmanDirect® system.

Completion of the Certification Program is required for all consultants who wish to use The Birkman Method® directly. This course is designed to give a thorough understanding of how to utilize The Birkman Method® with individuals and teams. Certified Consultants are required to complete 20 hours of professional development every three years to insure that they remain current with the latest knowledge and trends regarding The Birkman Method®.
As a participant in the program, consultants will receive:
 Two (2) free Birkman Reports- A comprehensive training manual
- A Birkman Needs-at-a-Glance® Booklet
- Free set-up and access to BirkmanDirect®
- Access to online educational and marketing resources
- Weekly e-mail tips to reinforce and expand learning
- A 20-week follow-up program, including hosted conference calls to further explore applications
