Randy Cox, Executive Director of Non-Profit:

Randy Cox joined Birkman in 2005 and has served as the Executive Director of Dynamas Resources, which is the Birkman division that focuses exclusively on the non-profit and faith-based sector. During the past thirty-five years Randy Cox has served as Minister of Young Adult Ministries, Minister of Education, Associate Pastor of Discipleship, and Pastor in four churches ranging from 950 to 10,000 in membership As a church consultant for the past eight years, Randy has traveled over 30,000 miles, consulting with over 700 churches and over 1,000 staff members. He earned a B.S. in Sociology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Divinity (M. Div.) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth. You can contact Randy at rcox@dynamas.org.
