Pauline Le, Controller & Director of Financial Operations:

Pauline Le joined Birkman in 2006 in the capacity of Controller and Director of Financial Operations and in 2010 was promoted to be Vice President of Finance. In this capacity, she continues to plan, organize, and direct all accounting and finance functions to assure protection for the assets of the business and the integrity of company's financial information. She assures compliance with legal regulations, coordinates and manages the annual budget process, and keeps the Company apprised of financial performance while serving as the financial liaison to third parties. Prior to joining Birkman, Pauline served as Director of Finance for the Independent Petroleum Association of America, a lobbying association in Washington DC. Pauline is a University of Maryland graduate and a Virginia-licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). You can contact Pauline at ple@birkman.com.
