Matt Zamzow, Director of Training:

Matt Zamzow joined Birkman in 1996. He currently holds the position of Director of Training for Birkman. Integral to his role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of numerous programs targeted to support the interpretation, application and integration of The Birkman Method® in organizational development initiatives. Over the years, Matt has worked with clients in the development of strategic competencies, developed programs to establish selection processes and coached individuals to achieve success in their careers. In addition, Matt is adept at designing custom curricula and webinars to meet our clients' changing needs. Matt holds a B.A. in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a M.A. in Human Resources from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. You can contact Matt at mzamzow@birkman.com.
